Do you really have something to talk about?

If you actually know about something, you feel like telling others about it as if it was a fast money-making scheme.

When I find someone to discuss tennis with, provided the other person wants to listen and understands the topic, it gives me a sense of fulfilment.

It’s the same for any genuine hobby and sports. These days, even computer or mobile games are a major part of it. Each game, say CS:GO, FIFA or even chess is a distinct world in itself and people become part of it by virtue of engaging with relevant celebrities, friends, family members or colleagues.

Ironically enough, many people wouldn’t even know how the chess pieces move but those who are avid followers, equate the game with life.

In this information and technology-driven society, where it’s so easy to lose close contact with friends, keeping constant interest in a game or sport that you like (it may even be Ludo for godsake!) will not only keep you going but give satisfaction and ultimately a feeling of mutual respect that we all need in order to survive.

Content is being framed around everything and online communities around specific niches are thriving. You can find one full of Ludo experts through a single Google search!

So, what’s your favourite sport or game? How do we play it? What are the intricacies involved in it?

A deep understanding of the above can really make your brain sharp and even keep you more alert during the day.

Isn’t it also easier to start and maintain conversations around subjects you understand or enjoy? So pick up that lost hobby now!
